Temperature Curve

Ah, finally it is a comfy 75ºF in my bedroom. I got home around 7pm after a weekend away and it was at 55º, and it's now 12am at 75º, so that's Δ20ºF/5hr = 4º/hr = 1º/15min ... and I could now go on and look at my 2 heaters' wattages and calculate the power that went into the room temperature and figure out how lossy my bedroom is, but I don't feel like it. Yay math! Yay laziness! If anyone else feels like it, go ahead and I'll check your results. :-P

I've had the heat in my house turned off for the past few days, ZP. Too bad the Canadian air that's blowing our way will change that today. Below freezing tonight...

Yeha, it's supposed to go down to 10º tonight, but what with me freaking out over a potential root canal, I don't know that I'll have the presence of mind to cal my landlord and have the big heater turned on.

*ouch* It's been a long time since I've had a root canal done, ZP, but I recall not liking it.

It actually went quite well, I was surprised. The doc numbed me up so much it was better than before I had it done, and there was only mild aching after, better than the original tooth ache that sent me to the dentist.

And yes, I did get around to having my landlord turn on my heat, but now the apartment's horribly dry. Can't win them all. Can't break even. Can't even get out of the game. Love those laws of thermodynamics. ;)
