BlogZoot

I just ran across BlogZoot today (c/o BlogExplosion). It's the first blog about computers that I've actually found informative. If your tech comfort level falls squarely in "digital native" (higher than technophobe, but lower than sysadmin) as does mine, check them out to learn something new.

It was nice of you to drop by my quasi "Mommy Blog", ZP. You really should do a design makeover on your blog. It really doesn't take much time. Of course once you start it does get a mite addictive...

I went to BlogZoot but it didn't grab me like it did you. Some interesting info on thumb drives but nothing very new. Worth looking at, of course.

I'm not all that comfortable with css yet, though I can do tables, and I don't have good webdesign software on my Mac yet (though I do have some stuff on the PC, it's just not my preferred computer). I've been doing my blog tweaking all by hand coding since it's got all that blogger-code to put into it.

*sigh* Yeah, it's on my to-do list. Along with a billion other things. :-P Job and boyfriend come first though. :)

Thank you for the kind words, Zandperl.

You are quite astute in having identified my target audience: the "digital natives". I realized that sysadmins would prefer Slashdot to what I could produce. As for the technophobes, a number of them may not have yet even discovered blogs. ;)

I gladly linked to your blog. Computers are a hobby. My true profession/passion is in the sciences.

Sounds like you have your priorities in good order, ZP. Interpersonal stuff adds more to life than blogging.
