It's always found in meat and animal flesh, however it is usually controlled nicely by a cold fridge. If your fridge's a little too warm, they'll multiply and make your pork chops start glowing, as some Australians discovered. While the glowing bacteria are harmless, they indicate that your meat hasn't been kept cold enough and therefore other, harmful, bacteria may also be multiplying.
